Popular smoked black tea that was originally produced in the Fujian Wu Yi mountains like some of China's best oolongs or “yancha” . This organic black tea is traditionally made by withering and drying the leaves over a pine-wood fire to give it it's characteristic smokey aroma and roasted taste.
