Chai Recipe

Our clients often explain to us that when they make our Chai, Yogi Tea, Choco-Chai. Golden Chai or Sweet Dreams Chai at home, it comes out delicious but they cannot do it the same as we do in the Caj Chai tearoom in Barcelona.

Here I leave you with the exact recipes and measurements so that it comes out as similar as possible. That we all know that the same, the same can never be ... the same as no one will make your grandmother's omelette like her, not even following her recipe. There is an ingredient, a touch, personal ... and this is not conveyed in writing.

In any case, that does not mean that everyone can adapt our recipe to their taste, stronger, softer, more or less sweet, more or less creamy, experimenting with different types of milk and sweeteners. Enjoy!
