This is a truly fantastic Sheng Puerh that has aged wonderfully over the last 20 years in Kuala Lumpur, an indeal humidity conditions for aging Puerh tea that is noticeable from the very first cup as we can appreciate the nice, mature bouquet and full flavor of well-aged tea.
The leaves are written to have come from a special selection of Wild Gu Shu trees but the packaging doesn't inform us where exactly the leaves came from, It only states that they come from old, wild trees. While this type of vague information is quite common with older cakes, after drinking the tea we truly believe it to be true in this case and hope that you love this tea as much as we do!
You can tell by the color of the leaves that this tea has already aged nicely in these 20 years and we believe is truly an ideal candidate for collectors to age further in long-term storage at a relatively affordable price for this kind of quality puerh.
