Excellent one bud, one leaf early first-flush Darjeeling tea picked in the early morning picked at Gopaldhara, one of our favorite Darjeeling Gardens, and also one of the highest in elevation at 1000-1200m. You’ll find this tea to be very lightly oxidized, resulting in a tea that is physically attractive. Its aroma is very fresh with dominating unripe fruit and background vegetal notes. Its flavor is very bright, alive, sweet, almost sparkling with zero astringency and lighty herbal and floral notes.
