Very nice limited-production Darjeeling green tea made using select leaves from Japanese varietals Yabukita and Fujimidori, which are planted beside the head-manager’s bungalow, under constant control and expert supervision. Over the last few years Rohini managers have been intent on developing this tea and they are finally finding success. You’ll find the leaves to be very loosely rolled. Upon steeping it is light and gentle, yet full and spicy with fresh sweetness and a delicate roasted pine nuts aroma
