25 year aged Baozhong oolong from Taiwan. This excellent, partially oxidized tea from the Pinglin area was stored under dry conditions, without further baking over time. It’s quiet hard to find aged oolongs in Taiwan that haven’t been re-fired over time! The tea aged slowly and peacefully at our friend’s shop in Hsinchu, Taiwan. You’ll find very surprising, fruity notes like Fuji apples and red cherries you’d never find in a fresh baozhong.
