In this workshop we’ll explain the different types of aged tea (white tea, green tea, oolong, sheng puerh, shou puerh, red tea and black tea) and talk about their storage and aging. This information will be supported by a special tasting of three very rare aged teas (between 20 and 40 years old)… because the best way to understand the aging process is to imbibe the passing of time.
