Truly wonderful, aromatic, moderately oxidized dong ding style oolong from the high mountains in Ching Jing at 2000 meters above sea level. The garden where these Chin Shin (Tender Heart) leaves were picked stopped using agro-chemicals in recent times and is now ready for a complete transition to natural cultivation. The leaves were moderately oxidized (20-30%) and after processing sent to Mr Chen in Lugu for final baking in the Dong Ding style. Mr. Chen is famous for his masterful tea baking skills and you will surely appreciate this high mountain gao shan speciality. The tea can be enjoyed now or left to rest some time further as it was roasted this past November.
