Chin Shin oolong from Ching Jing, near Li Shan Mountain (Pear Mountain, 1400m) grown by Mr. Kuo Kuen Ren, who practices natural farming methods without use of agro-chemicals. This highly aromatic and low-oxidation olong tea was made with the famous autoctonous Taiwanese varietal “Chin Shin” and hand-harvested 1 bud and 4 leaves. The term “Gao Shan Cha” is used to categorize highly aromatic oolong teas grown in the upper and more pristine regions of Taiwanese mountains.
