Light and fresh Jin Xuan Milk oolong from Lu Shan Mountain (1450m) grown by Mr. Kuo Kuen Ren and gently baked for 10 hours to make this very fresh, flavorful, full-bodied tea with hints of sweetness. Mr Kuo practices natural farming methods without use of agro-chemicals. This fantastic oolong tea was made handpicking 1 bud and 2, 3, 4 or 5 leaves from the famous Jin Xuan or “Golden Lily” cultivar renown for its natural milk aroma and creaminess. He only makes a small amount of Jin Xuan and this year we are offering both unroasted and roasted versions making it a great opportunity for learning more about this cultivar.
