Rooibos only grows in South Africa, in the Cedar Mountains in the south-west of the country. This infusion is prepared using the bush’s needles and stems, producing a lightly sweet, fiery infusion. It acquires its red color during its fermentation process, when the needles and stems are exposed to the intense rays of the South African sun. Rooibos doesn’t contain caffeine and has many valuable minerals that regulate our nervous system.
