Fabulous sencha from naturally-grown gardens, surrounded by mountain forests, far from pollution, where the tea bushes get covered by snow in winter. The leaves come from 50 year olf Yubukita cultivar bushes planted by the founder of this farm. You’ll find this tea to be very expressive, dense, with distinctive sweetness and umami. Its aroma evokes hazelnuts and its flavor is very fresh and grassy. This tea was harvested at 650 meters by the Harashima family. Despite the unadulterated look, it is an excellent sentiment with a full, dense body, higher sweetness and more distinctive umami. The aroma is felt by the hazel, the sweetness of the young, and the tones of the freshly cut meadow appear in the flavor.
