This handmade white tea is made with the finest 1 leaf, 1 bud sets of selected tea plants at 1400 meters on the organic Arya Tara garden in Ilam. 50-60 kilos of fresh leaves are needed to make a single kg of finished white tea. This is an exceptional, fresh, bright white tea with a noticeable alpine character. It has a pleasant fruity, floral and vegetal aroma, along with delicious, balanced, herbal and lightly spicy notes and a long lasting noble aftertaste. The leaves are very patient, withstanding multiple steepings beautifully.
