Delicious Japanese oolong tea made by the great tea master Yoshiaki Hiruma (also known as Gokuchanin) who is famous for winning Temomi tea competitions (hand rolled tea). This tea is made in the Taiwan Baozhong or Pouchong style with natural unrolled dry leaf appearance with stem and very low oxidation. It has a very sweet, floral and creamy aroma but with a typical umami taste that is crisp, floral and with a hint of the sea beneath.
