Huang Shan Que She is the top grade Huangshan Maofeng “Fur Peak” (one of china’s ten most famous teas) that gets it’s name from the fact that its leaves resemble a bird’s tongue, more specifically… a Sparrow’s tongue. Grown in Huangshan (Yellow Mountain) of Anhui province and is traditionally harvested as one bud- two leaves, that when dried become green and yellow and covered in fine white hair or “Fur Peak”. Once steeped it has a light but long lasting sweet taste.
