Supernatural Goddess Mist is a private-produced first-class, experimental, first-flush nepalese tea in the tradition of classic style first flush Darjeeling tea, which didn’t use to be so strong, brisk and astringent. For this tea they made a fine plucking of one bud, one leaf, taking from a variety of different cultivars growing at 2000 meters at Chari Ban, including clone Gomtee and T78. The tea developed a full and sweet flavor with a heavenly touch of the sun and the character it lends when the whithering takes place naturally outdoors, as in this case. The end result is a majestic, subtle, atractive tea with predominantly fruity notes (apricot jam, mango, passion fruit), floral notes and a rather surprising muskiness.
