Special Winter Harvest from the same wild area and producer who makes our Spring high mountain gao shan oolong tea from San Lin Xi (Cedar Forest Stream). It´s very interesting to compare the different harvests of this fabulous, clean and pure tea. We recommend you read our Blog to learn further about the differences between them. Typhones affect this part of San Lin Xi often, mud slides wash away the mountain roads and this particular tea comes from a field that was separated thus on a steep mountain abandoned by man for over 30 years and currently a one hour drive from the main road. The tea is made with hand picked leaves of wild grown Qing Xin Green Heart varietal, growing wild in harmony with the high mountain seasons and land, growing without fertlizers, not even organic ones! Drinking this highly aromatic tea leaves you very refreshed and satisfied.
