This small, compressed white tea comes from trees that grow wild in the forests near Lincang in Yunnan, China. And since it is not a cultivated tea, it consists of a mixture of material from different trees and of different ages, many of which are quite old. This tea is quite complex thanks to the diversity of its wild leaves. The entry on the nose is very aromatic with notes of ripe fruits and citrus fruits such as grapefruit, followed by intense notes of the forest where eucalyptus predominates above all. Finally, sweet notes of brown sugar emerge. In the mouth it is very pleasant... very sweet and fruity and holds up very well to successive infusions. When it is left to infuse longer it becomes very sweet and intense, it can even resemble a hong cha in flavor, but without the stimulating effect.

Recommended brewing: You can use half a square if brewing for one person or the entire square for longer sessions with more than 1 person. Before adding hot water it helps to first break the square a bit to help it brew more evenly and smoother.
