This FTGFOP-1-organic Himalaya tea comes from Putharjhora tea garden in the Dooars region which lies at the foothills of Darjeeling. This tea was grown, harvested and produced in the tradition and style of the famous "muscatel" second flush Darjeeling teas only it comes from lesser elevation and costs a fraction of the price when you consider this tea's outstanding quality. You will notice this tea contains a higher proportion of golden buds, which make this tea more elegant, refined and sweeter.
