This Wild Hong cha comes from the very famous Wudang Shan mountains. Wudangshan is a Unesco protected World Wide Heritage Site. It is a sacred Taoist mountain and is the birthplace of both Wudang Kung Fu and Tai Chi. This amazing tea was produced by a traditional Chinese medicine practitioner who grows and picks his own tea, herbs and plants that grow in the wild. This is a nice stimulating tea that is perfect for opening your Qi and accompanying your Tai Chi practice.
