Incredible traditional higher oxidation baozhong oolong made by Mrs. Lin using naturally cultivated Chin Shin cultivar (Tender Heart) leaves that have been allowed to grow wild over the last 7 years, without watering, pruning etc. Today famous mainstream Pinglin Baozhong is made using very light oxidation so it's practically green tea, a style that suits contemporary taiwanese taste. Mrs. Lin let the leaves oxidize further and rolled a little more freely so the tea would develop this very special, smooth, sweet, honey flavor with marked fruity and floral aromatic notes.
