This 2-hour workshop is aimed at beginners and more experienced tea lovers who want to broaden their knowledge of Fermented Tea as we'll be discovering and tasting a very wide selection of teas!!! The Fermented Tea category represents some of the oldest traditional tea processing that many centuries later we continue to have available today.

We’ll be tasting and learning about many interesting varieties including Sheng and Shou Puerh, Liu Bao, Liu An, Goishicha and Awa Bancha.

Workshops like this one are great opportunities to try many, many teas and begin to understand their differences and perhaps discover your preferences and find some new favorites!
