This 2 hour workshop is aimed at beginners and more experienced tea lovers who want to broaden their knowledge of oolong tea as we'll be discovering and tasting a very wide selection of teas!!! Oolong Tea is perhaps the widest tea category as it encompasses all of the "semi-oxidized" teas... those which fall somewhere in between Green and Red or Black Tea.
We will be discovering and enjoying amazing oolong teas from China and Taiwan including Tie Guan Ying, Wuyi Yancha, Dan Cong Oolong, High Mountain Gao Shan Cha, Dong Ding, Oriental Beauty, and much, much more.
Workshops like this one are great opportunities to try many, many teas and begin to understand their differences and perhaps discover your preferences and find some new favorites!
