Čaj Chai is registered with the Registro General Sanitario of Madrid with sanitary registration number 25.02073/B and at the Registro Sanitario de Industrias y Productos Alimentarios de Cataluña with number RSIPAC: 25.04335/CAT and NIF 52988211Y. Guaranteed service. In the event a product received has factory defects or any other defect not related to its usage, Čaj Chai will replace the product or refund the amount paid by bank transfer or the credit card used to complete the transaction. Any defect or imperfection resulting by incorrect or abnormal usage or handling of product is not included in this guarantee, nor is the ordinary wear and tear that occurs with normal usage. The length of guarantee is determined by the type of product. 3. Purchase comfortably. Čaj Chai offers the most comfortable way of buying. From your home, with a single click, you chose whatever you prefer. It’s that easy. Any time, any day, even Sundays and holidays you can shop at Čaj Chai. All you must do is fill your shopping cart by choosing the products on our pages, fill the required information and send, you will receive your order right at your doorstep in a short matter of time. 4. Sales and returns conditions. (a) Availability is subject to stock. (b) orders are accompanied by invoice that details the products ordered. (c) Orders will not be delivered to P.O Boxes. (d) When a customer, for any reason, wishes to return or partially return an order, Čaj Chai will always accept it providing that it is within 15 days of receiving the order and that it comes with original invoice. Products must be in perfect shape, totally new and in original packaging it was delivered. Exchanges and returns are not allowed for food items or perishable items unless there is something inherently wrong with them. (e) In event of return or partial return, customers will be refunded the amount paid or given a certificate for their next purchase. (f) If the product is exchanged for another article of lesser cost, Čaj Chai will refund the difference or give you a certificate for your next purchase. If the article is more expensive then we must be paid the difference. We do not accept returns sent with payment upon delivery. (h) Our products are destined for final customers. 5. Customer Service. Čaj Chai wishes for customers to be truly satisfied and receive the best service. If you would like more than one item, first mark the quantity. Products are added to the shopping cart. You can check your cart at any time by clicking the cart icon. When you have finished filling your cart, click “order” and you will be directed to a page where you must fill your personal data and proceed to pay. 7. Data privacy. Čaj Chai guarantees that the information in the questionnaire will be used according to the limits and rights detailed in the Ley Orgánica 15/99, 13 December protection of data and personal information (LOPD). 8. Jurisdiction. These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. 9. Legal guarantees. In the event a product is defective, the seller must proceed to either exchange, repair or lower the price of the item, at no additional cost to the customer.
