This is a very special 2020 Mao Cha with beautiful leaves that come from ancient wild Shan Tuyet trees growing in Xa Phin, Ha Giang. This area is very, very close to the Yunnan border. These teas grow in amidst a wild symphony that I was fortunate to hear with my own ears and which you may have already witnessed on our Instagram channel. Xa Phin is a pristine environment where over the centuries the tea trees have grown wild in an ideal misty, tropical climate with perfect soil for happy tea trees and delicious tea!
Sheng Puerh is perfect for drinking in Summer and warm weather as it is particularly cooling for the body and in Traditional Chinese Medicine it is hailed for its strong Yin properties.
