This is a very special, delicious puerh made with tea leaves from old-growth trees that were then piled in a truly novel way. Normally, Shou puerh is wet-piled and then covered with a thermal blanket and left to ferment for approximately 60 days.
For this special tea, instead of spraying the piled leaves with water, this tea was sprayed with an infusion of aloeswood and sweet rice leaves. So, you won't actually find any aloeswood or rice leaves in the tea. You'll find this Puerh to be thick and creamy with a very subtle oud fragrance and sweetness that is exquisite, and which does not overpower the tea.
