Beautiful, long, unbroken silver tips with occasional scattered larger leaves produced at the magnificent organic certified Shangrila Garden, which lies at an altitude of 1800m near Ilam. This tea is made with leaves of TT and AV2 cultivars that are simply withered and then dried, without any rolling process and very light natural oxidation. This white tea is very fresh and refreshing, with many sweet floral and fruity notes. It's a very easy tea to brew as it almost always will taste great, even if you go over temperature or time.
