As you might have guessed, at Caj Chai we love organic tea but even above that we really love wild tea and tea from ancient trees. So you can imagine how ecstatic we are to offer you this delicious, sweet ancient tree (Gu Shu) white tea from Yunnan! This very special pressed white tea cake was made from large leaf Camellia Taliensis yunnan varietal in Simao, more specifically from ancient trees (Gu Shu) in Yang Ta, Jinggu. White tea is famous for its antioxidant properties and for good reason! The tea is lightly wilted and then gently air-dried. This tea is lively, fresh, floral, fruity and sweet in taste and can be brewed many times. This tea comes as a 100gr. cake and makes for a truly wonderful Christmas present for somebody you love!
